All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become active with the courier.

    • Regional delivery within 1-2 business days
    • Remote delivery within 1-3 business days

International

  • NZ $30.00
  • Asia $35.00
  • USA, Canada, UK, EU $45.00
    • Delivery within 10 to 14 business days
    • International orders may take up to six weeks due to COVID-19 and other events
    • International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections, import duties and taxes unique to your country

We always strive to ensure on-time delivery, but there may be instances when package may be delivered past the estimated date. All deliveries are subject to potential delay in areas impacted by flooding and other events.

Order Tracking

Please sign in to your account and track your order. If you don’t have an account or checked out as a guest, the tracking information email we sent you when your order was shipped can track your order.

Cancel Or Change Order Once It’s Placed

We are unable to guarantee cancellation or change once the order has been placed. We strive to process your order on-time and there may not be adequate time to make cancelation or change to the order. Please email us as soon as possible at info@mefirstbeauty.com.au with your order number. We will try our best to assist with a solution.

Order Was Returned To Us

Please email us as soon as possible at info@mefirstbeauty.com.au with your order number for us to look into it. There is redelivery charge for Australian and International orders if reason for the return is due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address on your order causing your order to be returned to us.
  • Late or no collection of your order from Australia Post or courier depot causing your order to be returned to us.

Receiving Your Order

Your order will be delivered to your nominated address. Signatures for a delivery will be required whenever a recipient is at home. Otherwise, we will leave the parcel at a safe place if available.

Damaged Order

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mefirstbeauty.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to assist with a solution.
